Delicatessen

In the British Isles we have world class produce to be proud of, with this in mind the deli offering celebrates and specialises in great British food. The cheeses include award winning Wigmore, Spenwood, Keen's Cheddar, Berkswell, Cropwell Bishop Organic Stilton - all winners in 2010 British Cheese Awards. To compliment this we have a selection of goat cheese from Hertfordshire's Wobbly Bottom Farm including fresh soft goats cheese silver medal winner at the World Cheese Awards 2010, sheep and cow's cheeses from Berkshire's Village Maid, superb Hampshire based Tunworth a soft cows cheese (perfect if you like your camembert), Gloucestershire's Stinking Bishop and  Hereford Hop, and keep an eye out for the return of Berkshire's fabulous Barkham Blue.

Then there are the meats; cured; dried; salamis; hams, you name it – an extensive range of continental all currently coming from Trealy's Farm in Monmouthshire, James and his team have taken time to learn techniques from charcuterie makers across Europe and have created a range of meats used by many of the finest restaurants in London.

Introducing Dukeshill Ham 'by royal appointment', fabulous traditional hams for slicing including Shropshire Black Ham - the recipe for which was invented by Lord Bradenham at Bradenham Manor, Bucks and orignially called Bradenham Ham.

Complimenting this we have wild smoked salmon and London cured smoked salmon from H Formans and sons – London’s last remaining salmon curing house based opposite London 2012 Olympic stadium.

Caviar available to pre-order for that extra special event.

Also available, oatmeal biscuits for cheese with herbs, chutneys made with beer from Marlow's Rebellion Brewery, locally produced marmalade and honey, loose leaf tea, coffee beans, biscotti, shortbread, gluten free crackers and treats, superb organic chocolate, freshly laid free range eggs and fresh bread baked daily.
